Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout!
High intensity, low impact, interval training class using pilates principles. A fun Tabata style (HIIT, 8 rounds of 20 seconds each with 10 seconds of rest) workout building body awareness, core strength, and overall conditioning. The outline of the class is similar each time, but the exercises and sequence will vary from class to class. The class is performed with fast-paced, energetic music making it fun, exciting and energizing. A beautiful complement to your yoga practice. All levels are welcome.
You can expect to be doing floor work on your mat for the first half of class engaging the glutes, back strength, and core muscles. The second half of class is generally standing working through intervals of leg work, arm work, cardio and more! We use body weight, hand weights, resistance bands and blocks to fuel your practice and rise to the challenge!
