A gentle yoga class for students of all experience and flexibility levels. This class may include gentle and restorative asana (poses), aspect of Kundalini yoga, breathing practices, meditation and techniques to reduce stress and tension.

Lauren Higdon teaches GCY on Fridays at 10am and Jennifer Little teaches on Saturday at 11am.
Props you will need: Comfortable clothes; water; two or three bath towels or yoga blankets; a belt, scarf, or yoga strap; yoga mat; 2 yoga blocks
