Yin is a style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. It is the perfect compliment to our vinyasa flow style of yoga. Yin is a very passive approach where you perform the majority of the poses seated or laying down. As the body unravels and releases stress, circulation increases and energy ignites! The poses are held for roughly 3-5 minutes to target connective tissues, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of lubricating and protecting our joints. Students of every level are heavily encouraged to participate.
