This class mixes Yin Yoga (long holds and postures targeting tension trapped in our deep connective tissues) with Restorative Yoga (using blankets, bolsters and pillows to support and stabilize the body) and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation done lying down to reach a state of deep relaxation). The goal is to quiet the mind, relieve the nervous system, and reset the body.</span></p>
