Time for some self-care! After a long and stressful week, unwind with a trio of soothing, refreshing, and therapeutic yoga practices. This class mixes Yin Yoga (long holds and postures targeting tension trapped in our deep connective tissues) with Restorative Yoga (using blankets, bolsters and pillows to support and stabilize the body) and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation done lying down to reach a state of deep relaxation). The goal is to quiet the mind, relieve the nervous system, and reset the body.
VACCINATION & MASKS
Those who have provided proof of vaccination against COVID-19 may practice with or without a mask. Acceptable proof includes your vaccination card, an official document from the government or your vaccine provider showing your vaccination status, or the New York State Excelsior Pass.
If you are not fully vaccinated, you are required to wear a mask at all times inside the studio.
While you are no longer required to submit a health screening prior to your class, we urge you to continue monitoring your own health. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the studio. This is true even if you are already fully vaccinated.
RENTAL MATS, TOWELS & SHARED PROPS
Rental mats and towels are available at the studio. They are complimentary for all Members and New Student Intro Passholders.
Shared yoga blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are also available at the studio.
Clean and disinfect all props at the end of class, and please practice good hand hygiene.
