This High Intensity Interval Training class fuses methods taken from Crossfit, Yoga, Pilates, strength and endurance training to help you develop a well sculpted physique.
It will take your heart rate up and then down allowing you to build endurance and great heart capacity.
Although this class addresses the full body it places an emphasis on the larger muscles of the lower body to boost fat burning. Over time you will begin to build stronger leaner muscles.
