The Virtual Awaken and Restore class allows you to attend Awaken and Restore classes remotely via Zoom. Preregister for the class at least 1/2 hour in advance, then you will be invited to the class by the instructor. Make sure you already have a free Zoom (zoom.us) account and the app downloaded on your computer or phone!
Tap into body's inner awareness and relieve stress in this 90 minute vinyasa flow/restorative yoga practice. Students will awaken the body with 45 minutes of energy-building movement and then restore the body with 45 minutes of guided meditation, breath work, seated and reclining restorative postures. By practicing intentional movement and breathing in class, students will learn coping skills to manage stress on and off the mat. All levels and abilities of practitioners are welcome.
