Holly Furgason will guide you through Pilates core building exercises while putting to the test balance, endurance, strength, and coordination. Focus on deep postural muscles, build strength from the inside out.
We're in California, so schedule is based on PACIFIC TIME.
Once you book the class, you'll receive an email that contains the link to join the class. (Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.) 2-hours prior to class start time you'll receive a reminder email that will also contain the Zoom link
From either of these emails, click the button in the email that reads "Join Virtual Service." This link will take you to the class.
The link will require you to login into WellnessLiving to authenticate. You can login to Welnessliving via the desktop web application (recommended) or the mobile app.
If you do not receive the email to join class: You can also access the class link from your WellnessLiving profile: Login to WellnessLiving > "My Schedule" > "Join Session" that will take you to the online class
Please have your space setup with a mat, small towel, and any small props you may have.
Give yourself a few extra minutes if you’re unfamiliar with the Zoom video conferencing platform. It’s pretty easy and I’ll be there about 10 minutes early to help anyone out with any set up issues.
