Our Vinyasa Flow classes are dynamic classes that synchronize movement and breath in a continuous flow of asanas (postures), usually including Sun Salutations. Focus is on strengthening, balance, flexibility, and breathing. They are energetic, creative and lots of fun! Knowledge of basic yoga postures is helpful, but not required. Variations and modifications will be offered throughout the class to support beginner students.
