Using various props we will replicate the movement challenges done on the reformer on the mat. You will want to have a foam roller, mini stability ball (childs playground ball will do), light hand weights (bottles of water?) and 2 gliding discs or facecloths. Props are not required but will certainly make class a lot more fun and challenging.
Check list of props you'll want to have handy:
1 or 2 pound hand weights, medium Thera band, small stability ball, foam roller, 2 face cloths.
This class is NOT for beginners. A strong command of the PIlates principles is required.
