Build up your range of motion, strength, and flexibility get your jade splits, spreadies, and heel clacks using active flexibility techniques. Focus is on leg and hip flexibility for splits.
There is a 3 person registration minimum for this class. If minimum is not met by 12pm the day of class for classes starting at or after 2pm or by 10pm the evening before class for classes starting before 2 pm, class will be canceled with no charge to current registrants. Must cancel 12 hours before scheduled class to receive full refund. No refund for late cancel or no shows.
