Welcome yoga into your life, opening body & mind. We will learn to flow with breath and movement sometimes with the aid of props such as blocks or straps. Move, expand, and explore your body & breath.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'itc officina sans book', arial, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Props such as straps, blankets, and blocks may be necessary – students are encouraged to bring their own props as the studio will not provide them (due to covid restrictions). </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: 'itc officina sans book', arial, serif; font-size: 10pt;">This class is perfect for the first-time yogi, and is highly recommended for any new yogi before participating in an open level class.</span></p>
