This class is open to all levels of experience and physical ability; this is a Gentle Flow yoga class moving with breath & body. Welcome yoga into your life, opening body & mind. We will learn to flow with breath and movement sometimes with the aid of props such as blocks or straps. Move, expand, and explore your body & breath.
Props such as straps, blankets, and blocks may be necessary – students are encouraged to bring their own props as the studio will not provide them (due to covid restrictions).
This class has a normal temperature of 74-77F.
This class is perfect for the first-time yogi, and is highly recommended for any new yogi before participating in an open level class.
