A more experienced class. We'll be working on themed sequences and exploring a wider range of challenging poses and breath work. Students with reasonable experience and skill will benefit most from this class.Â
Props: Yoga mat, strap, blocks and blanket (it's okay if you don't have all the props - bring what you have)
Classes are conducted via Zoom. You'll need to book your classes before 4pm PST on the day of class with the exception of the early morning classes. Those are open till 8pm PST the night prior. You can book multiple classes for the week or month. If you need to cancel, you can do by modifying your reservation before 4pm PST. Look for a log in email - 60 minutes before your scheduled class. If you don't see this, check your junk folder.
All classes have a minimum attendance requirement to run. In the unlikely instance, that we don't meet this number, we'll cancel the class at 4pm PST. One reservation pass for one person please.
