Level 2 & 3
An slightly more experienced class. You get here once you're comfortable with the previous levels (beginners, & level 1). Perfect for long time, consistent members of Aham Yoga. If you're new to the studio, but have a steady asana practice, you're welcome into these classes. Classes are focussed on peak pose sequencing. Knowledge of basic prop usage required.
What to bring or know...
- Bring a non-skid yoga mat. Avoid these type of mats.
- Wear something that allows you to stretch and move freely
- Avoid eating a heavy meal right before class
- Class is bare feet
- Arrive 5 or 10 minutes before each class to settle in
- Yoga props will be provided in studio
