This class is designed to build muscle groups that support and strengthen the muscles of the trunk and lower extremities. Perfect for those of us who have ever had nonspecific low back pain. Class includes tips for back health and education. Suitable for all fitness levels. Equipment needed: mat, chair, towel/stretch strap (optional), resistance band, small ball/pillow
You will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the class via ZOOM including a meeting ID and password the evening before your class. When it is time for your class allow yourself extra time to log in and ensure your camera and audio are working properly. We recommend at minimum a yoga/pilates mat.
