<p>Get LEAN AND TONE. Total Body Weight Training at it’s best! Combine Obsidian® and the barbell, or items at your home to add load, and you have Obsidian STRONG! You will work each and every muscle group while loading your spine. Get ready to use a variety of equipment from the barbell to dumbbells and cables with the Obsidian board to invite more muscles to the party. This class will not only increase strength and bone density, but will improve your metabolism as you increase lean tissue helping you burn calories long after your workout is over! If you have any injuries, please discuss with the trainer before class so options can be provided. No experience necessary. Calories you will burn: 350-800</p>
<p>It is highly recommended you join at home with the Obsidian Board (available <a title="Obsidian Board, Booties and Mitts" href="https://obsidianfitness.com/products/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">here</a>). Options will be provided if you do not have the Obsidian Board or other equipment at home such as dumbbells, water gallon jugs, backpacks with load, etc. We look forward to helping you slide into the best shape of your life in the comfort of your own home, or backyard or office.
