This tranquil yoga practice is intended to relieve stress and allow the mind to rest.
In this class we will work to calm the nervous system and increase healthy sleep cycles through mindful postures and breath work.
Poses are held for longer lengths of time and props are used to increase comfort in your practice.
PROPS - at this time, since community props are not being offered by the studio, we suggest any desired props should be brought by the student.
You do not have to buy any new items to attend this class.
Some prop ideas include, but are not limited to:
-yoga mat-blanket (throw size)-pillow (couch throw pillow size)-yoga blocks
