Online Class. Gentle yoga is about coming to the mat as you are and making yoga available to all bodies and all different abilities. Everyone is welcome – especially beginners! We will focus on gaining strength, flexibility, and freeing the joints while allowing you to connect with your mind, body, and spirit. We will use props such as blankets, blocks and the wall to assist us in the experience of the practice. Class is 60 minutes.
This is an oline class. Zoom link will be emailed to you, you will be admitted into class a few minutes before start time. You can also gain access to the class in the Achieve App through the My Schedule tab.
