Intro to Pole + Beginner L1
This is our first level class, it will help you understand the
fundamentals of pole and its correct form and technique. Beginner
pole will help you strengthen all areas of you body while working
on your flexibility. Consisting of your initial forward spins.
During this class be ready to warm up using a series of movements
that will firm, tone and sculpt your way to a fit you!
Class should be taken multiple times before advancing to higher
level classes!
Dress comfortably, shorts preferably. No lotions or jewelry. Class will be taught barefoot.

Reservations are required. Reserve your pole online,s includes a warm up, stretch and pole work! All classes must be scheduled online and canceled 8 hours prior to the class start time. Failure to cancel in the allotted time will result in the loss of your class. NO REFUNDS. All purchases are final. No refunds on any service. If you cancel a class 8 hours before class start time it will result in a refund (CREDIT) for that reservation for future use (No CASH REFUNDS) ( No expiration date) If class is canceled in the 8 hour window it will result in the loss of that class for count series, a $15 charge for unlimited If you arrive late there is a chance you will not be allowed in as if there are walk-ins they will be taking the available slot. If you arrive late for class you will not be allowed in as this is a safety issue and also disrupts class. *Attire shorts, tank top/sports bra. No lotions or jewelry.
