Slowing down the flow can help you maintain control of your breath, build determination, and intensify your practice. A smooth linking of unhurried breath with movement, intensified by mindfully holding postures for several breaths, awakening your body and clearing your mind. Explore the details of each posture at a comfortable pace to allow your body to deepen into a stretch or pause in a strength-building pose. This helps to gain strength and increased mobility. Get into the rhythm of this truly invigorating class and find true balance in this moving meditation.
Suitable for students New to Yoga, mature aged, or after a slower paced class. You don’t have to be a beginner to benefit from the slower gentle movements.

Minimal props are being used at that studio, if borrowing, please use cleaning products supplied to thoroughly wipe down after use. While stocks last there are props for sale, please ask staff.
Other important information:
Bring Two (2) pillowcases to wrap ends of a studio bolster.
After use: please clean blocks and yoga mats before returning.
If you prefer, you can bring make do props from home like cushions, blankets/large towels/sarong, soft belt/strap, etc.
To help keep the space as clean as possible:
Please leave shoes at the ground level
Entry is via a staircase to your RIGHT. (follow signs)
Please sanitize or wash hands in the kitchen area before entering the studio.
Take all valuables with you inside the studio.
Please clean borrowed props as well as the flooring around your yoga mat.
Exit studio via a second staircase off the studio.
