A class focused on dynamic stretching and strengthening postures to improve mobility, flexibility, core strength, energy, and balance. Introduction of foundational yoga postures, allowing plenty of time to explore the poses and use props as needed. All done in a welcoming and supportive environment with the goal of helping the student gain physical health benefits and improve confidence in activities of daily life. This class is appropriate for beginners, or for those looking for a more gentle mindful aerobics practice.
