This class is for the client who is familiar with all essential and intermediate exercises.A challenging way to workout on the uniquely designed Stott equipment, which supports your body as you work through a full range-of-motion exercises, developing slender muscles rather than bulk. You must know all your settings and be familiar with Reformer parts, terminology, and how to move from various positions. Small group classes offer a more cost-effective way to receive individualized attention during a workout! Please be sure you have had a minimum of 20 reformer classes before you can take Reformer Experienced-please. Limited to 4 spaces.
