A unique flow and meditation class that is multi-layered to allow the student to explore movement in their bodies and meditative practices and states of mindfulness. Class includes intro guided mantra, pranayama (breath), seating and standing poses, and meditation practices to help students relax and better manage stress.
New to yoga and/or meditation or if you have been practicing for a long time, all are welcome and encouraged to engage in this class. You may bring a yoga mat or a pillow to sit on, anything that you feel would help you personalize your space for comfort, and please wear something comfortable.
