Yoga Level 2/3 classes work
towards peak poses. These are more challenging asanas and classes
always have a clearly defined theme. During the class, we move in
one direction of mobility and we go deep into it. This way, we
prepare the body for more intense poses within that theme. The
sequence is the essential component of the level 2/3 class. Through
a carefully crafted sequence, the student is helped to prepare the
body for the more intense asanas, experiencing real growth in their
practice. If you are looking to grow your practice, this is the
class for you. All practitioners are welcome.
THIS CLASS IS GREAT
FOR: Anyone who wants to progress in
his/her yoga practice through more advanced asana, meditation, and
pranayama (breath work).
• THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR: Students
with very serious neck or back injuries, or who have been told by a
physician to avoid deep twists, back bends, and inversions.
• THIS CLASS MAY NOT BE SUITABLE
FOR: Pregnant clients? Pregnant clients in their 2nd
or 3rd trimesters may choose to skip this class as there will be
inversions, deep twists, and pranayama that are not appropriate for
them.
