Have you ever jumped while laying on your back, side or better yet on your knees?! This is a super fun, energetic class that will leave you a bit (more) sweaty than a Flow class. Get the necessary cardio and impact we all need for our joints and bones in the most gentle and effective way; jump board! This is a full body workout with an emphasis on cardio. Think long, sustanible, give you more energy for the rest of the day cardio. And of course we will pair it and intertwine with some arm, core, leg, glute, back toning exercises on Reformer and/or Tower.
This class is virtual via Zoom. You will need access to a Reformer AND jump board. Please note by scheduling this class you are giving permission for those in class (in studio and virtual) to potentially see you if you choose to turn on your camera.

4) Sign in a few minutes early so you can set up your camera in a manner that shows the entire Reformer.
