STRONG is a high-intensity, full-body workout combining bodyweight movements, muscle conditioning, plyometrics, martial arts moves, and cardio training. Think burpees, lunges, push-ups among other high impact moves synced to music. It's a fun but challenging total body workout!

COVID-19 Screening Process
Do not come to
the gym if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Fever
- Dry cough
- Tiredness
- Aches & Pains
- Sore Throat
- Diarrhea
- Pink Eye
- Headache
- Loss of taste or smell
- Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
If you arrive with any of these symptoms you will be asked to leave.
Cancelling Class
If you must cancel a
class, please do so two hours before class starts. This will allow
enough time for the next person on the waitlist to be notified and
have time to prepare to come to the gym. If you cancel less than
two hours before the start of class, you will be charged
a cancellation fee.
