This gentle and methodical yoga class is vinyasa-based, but moves slowly with minimal flow. MELD is all about connecting movement to breath in order to stretch and strengthen, increase range of motion, and improve balance. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
Those new to a yoga practice will enjoy the easier pace and the opportunity to improve alignment.
Experienced yogis will appreciate the time for internal reflection and the self-discipline of returning to essentials, while athletes who participate in high-impact sports or heavy weight lifting will benefit from the stretching and recovery that a slow-movement class can offer.

Wear a mask the entire time you are on premises and in the studio.
You'll often need a yoga mat, blocks and a strap for class. If you don't have those items handy, a beach towel, books and a belt work just as well. We normally have them to use at the studio, but as mentioned above we're being extra careful right now. Blocks, Straps and Mats may be purchased in the studio for a nominal fee.
Arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes early so we can say hello to one another, hear what you'd like to work on in class and you can learn any special instructions or modifications that might be useful for you during practice.
