Who is this class for?
Those interested in an early morning, well-rounded flow class will options to explore. Suitable for those who have been practicing flow yoga for at least 6 months.
1. Download ZOOM on your phone, tablet, or computer or find the Zoom App in your App Store.
2. CLICK HERE to access your class. We suggest signing in a few minutes prior to class to get comfortable with the app and to make sure the sound level is okay.
3. Can’t make the class in real time? A link to the video recording will be emailed shortly after the class ends and you can enjoy 24hr access.
