Delivering an attentive, caring, focused and soft class. You may bring your props such as blocks, bolsters, ties if needed. Plenty of modifications will be offered to help ease you into your practice, calm your nerves, slow down your mind and encourage your body to relax.
COVID HEALTH PROTOCOLS - UPON ENTERING THE PREMISES YOU ARE REQUIRED TO:
-sanitize your hands.
-wear a mask until class starts and before leaving the room. Wearing the mask during class is optional.
-maintain 2 metre/6 feet distance between staff and students at all times.
-our props on are vacation until we are safe from COVID, please bring your own if needed.
