This class incorporates a fun vinyasa flow to strengthen and
stretch your “muscles” and Yin Yoga which enhances the natural
range of motion in your “joints”. This class is specifcally
important right now to help release the deep layers of connective
tissue in areas like the hips, the pelvis and the lower spine,
creating more ease in in your body and your spirit. Yin stretches
will be held for a longer period of time. This class is for all
levels of practitioners. Pre- registration required
** since Yin is a cooling practice room will be approximatley
80degrees but start to gradually taper off for the Yin
portion
