Gravity Yoga is targeted mobility training that involves long-hold stretches. Breathwork is a major focus of the class. Poses are practiced completely relaxed and passively, allowing gravity to do most of the work. The practice is meant to supplement, not replace, other forms of yoga or exercise.
If you have a mat, blocks, a strap, pillows/cushions that can help to make more comfortable. But not necessary.
Out of respect for our clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start. Anyone more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed in class.
ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED PRIOR TO CLASS.
ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR A MASK WHEN ENTERING and CONSENT TO HAVING TEMPERATURE TAKEN.
MUST SUPPLY OWN MAT, BLOCKS, STRAPS, GLIDERS AND BALLS.
