Scot is a Mindfulness Facilitator with over two decades of experience providing training to both private and corporate groups. This practice will help you integrate mindfulness into your everyday life. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a small journal. This is a donation based class. All proceeds to to EMERGE of Stafford.
