Kundalini yoga is a journey through the self, into both the
body and mind. We move through the energy of the chakras (energy
wheels) and shift the prana (life force) within your body, this
happens from the base of the spine and travels to the crown of the
head.
Expect dynamic movements, chanting and mantras. Kundalini yoga is a blend of
Bhakti yoga (the yogic practice of devotion and chanting), Raja
yoga (the practice of mediation/mental and physical control) and
Shakti yoga, (for the expression of power and energy).
