Build on your foundational sling (aerial hammock) skills as we explore more complex poses, transitions, wraps, drops, spins and beats over a 4-week period! Skills will build from week-to-week, delving into new topics each month.
Pants or leggings that cover the back of your knees are a MUST, along with your face mask.
NOT FOR NEW STUDENTS
For students with some sling experience. Preregistration is required. Maximum of 3 participants per class. Please arrive up to 15 minutes early for the first class of the series so we can adjust a sling to your height! (Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for weeks 2 – 4).
