assisting you going through difficult life transitions.
This workshop is for anyone experiencing
or thinking about making a life change or transition, no matter how
major or small. Whether it is ending or beginning a relationship,
starting a new job or career, becoming an empty nester or starting
a family, making a physical move or the need to rediscover your
life purpose in general, this workshop is for
you!
Change can feel terrifying and at times
paralyzing. In this workshop, you will learn:
- How to support yourself when feeling broken or lost
- 4 lies you are likely telling yourself that keep you stuck
- 3 steps to discover your inner warrior and reclaim your life.
At the end, you will walk away with
tangible steps to take, whether you are ready to make a change or
still thinking about it. You will begin to heal the parts of you
that have kept you stuck or in a rut. Most importantly, you feel
connected as you join others in similar
circumstances.

More about Julie:
Julie Ratinoff is a Transpersonal Therapist & Coach, author,
healer, artist and single mom of two. Through therapeutic coaching
services, speaking and writing, Julie helps holistic and spiritual
individuals start over after divorce or any life transition. It is
her desire to support people as they reconnect with themselves and
uncover their passion, path and dreams, so they can begin the next
chapter of their life with grace and ease.
Julie has a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling and Transpersonal Psychology/Art Therapy and in
Education as well. She is a certified Conscious Uncoupling Coach,
Feng Shui Consultant, Meditation Instructor and Energy Healer.
Julie has over 20 years experience teaching, 10+ years supporting
people by bridging psychology and spirituality, and has started
over numerous times in her life.
She is obsessed with helping people all around the world live lives
full of empowerment, passion, beauty, creativity and freedom. Julie
lives in a suburb of Denver, Colorado with her two teen-aged
daughters, fluffy pup and kitty, and is
currently working as a therapist in community mental health and as
a private coach.
