This
fun and energetic class will focus on safely and mindfully building
the strength needed for aerial art. Join Bobae in this class which
will use one, or several, aerial apparatuses (silks, hammock, and
lyra) to get in a fun workout. Bobae will guide students through a
warm up, conditioning, strength building, and stretching using the
apparatuses, plus some yoga during the beginning and end of class
to stretch the muscles!
No
previous knowledge or aerial experience required!
This is NOT a traditional aerial class - students will not be learning aerial tricks.
Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat (mats available at the studio if students don’t have one), and a pair of leggings or pants that cover the back of the knee.
