This class combines controlled breathing techniques, specific physical poses, meditation and sound healing to reduce the heart rate, lower blood pressure, ease respiration and increase heart rate variablility allowing the body, mind and spirit to find relief and recover from daily stress and anxiety.</p>
<p>All classes have an extended 20 minute Crystal SInging Bowl and Gong Sound Healing Shavasana leaving you in a state of peaceful serenity.</p>
