This class explores movement and mindfulness to center us in the present and includes time to check in and connect before class. Leave behind the books and take a moment to breathe, move, stretch, and rest. Class will include with both yin (passive) and yang (active) practices as we seek to balance our energy, unwind tension in the body, and refresh our mind. This class is geared towards college students and can be taken to fulfill a PE credit at K College; class is open to non students as well. Beginners welcome.
