Based on the principles of Ashtanga Yoga, The Flow is a dynamic vinyasa practice designed specifically for internal awakening and cleansing. You will experience almost the same sequence in every class: warm-up, rounds of Sun Salutation A, blended remix of Sun Salutation B incorporating standing poses building on one another, seated postures, back bends, and a cool-down. The vigorous and repetitive flow will help practitioners deepen their yoga practice beyond the physical, making each class a moving meditation.
Basic knowledge of the poses is suggested, but not required.
