This full-body workout is what we're known
for! It utilizes the Gravity Training System (“The Glider”)
to challenge your muscular endurance and build strength. The
workouts consist of various strengthening exercises that are
customizable, approachable AND challenging for all fitness levels.
It is also a low-impact workout method, ideal for those with
injuries and joint issues. But don’t think that means it’s easy!
