Have you been working on pole at home and are looking to expand your skillset? This class is for those wth some strength and pole move awareness - please make sure you're capable of a few diffferent spins (can hold your weight with your arms). This class will focus on strength and skills for climbing, inverting, and basic body-grips prep!
You must have access to a pole to take part in this class.
Prerequisite: It is recommended that you have done some pole and can do basic spins - contact the instructor ahead of time if you're unsure
Attire: Please wear either clean sneakers or bare feet, workout clothes that you can move freely in, and shorts.
