After a yoga style warm up, we move into yoga done at a higher intensity (fast paced).In this class you’ll experiencefour powerful yoga moves with 60 seconds of work,10 seconds of rest for four rounds, or five powerful yoga poses done with 20 seconds work, 10 seconds of rest for eight rounds. You could even experience a class focused on sun salutations.Each class cools down with yoga poses to open the body for a peaceful end to your practice.

Please log into session 5-10 minutes prior to start. Using a large screen device; a laptop, desktop or large-screen tablet, as opposed to a phone allows you to see what the instructor is doing easier. Find the best camera position. Its helpful for your trainer if you can prop your camera/device at a slightly higher vantage point to allow 2 views; 1: full body standing position 2: full body laying/floor position. Although you’re not standing right next to each other, selecting 'gallery view' so that you can see everyone in class can be fun. Selecting speaker only allows you to see instructor closer.
