Learn to balance your health and well-being with Ayurveda-informed Yoga. Join Jill in the practice of yoga postures, pranayama (respiratory exercises) and meditation in order to bring healing balance to the mind, body and emotions. Our practice will often include postures and breathing for digestive balance and nervous system balance that are based on Ayurvedic seasonal principles. Each class will also include Ayurvedic tips to empower you towards equilibrium in daily life!
The virtual session will be available 15 minutes before the class begins. To join the class, log in to your account. Once you are logged un, click My Schedule in the bar at the top of the window, then Join Session for this class.
