Join OmJyothi Judith, HYER Destination Owner and Experience Teacher for this 7 week Chakra Series every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30PM for 40 minutes. Each week, a different chankra will be introduced and classes will begin with light movement and stretch to prepare the body to practice different styles of meditation including breath awareness, visualization, sensory focus and yoga nidra.
Chose to participate on Tuesdays, Thursdays or both. Every class is different.
