Flexibility
In order to use flexibility in
the air, we need to have functional active ranges of motion.
Dynamic Flexibility will work active flexibility through movements
needed for pole and aerial work, along with trigger point releases
& stretching to prevent injury and improve
ROM.
Come to class with a yoga mat and wear layers of clothing to get warm fast! Please bring your water bottle. Hydration is essential!
No experience is necessary. All are welcome to join.
