This workshop is for everyone who is interested in learning a highly accessible yogic method for deep relaxation and meditation
The workshop consists of 2 parts:
1. An explanation of how yoga Nidra works and its benefits.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation technique inducing effortless physical, mental and emotional relaxation and deep, blissful awareness.Anyone can do it.The practitioner lies down and is guided by the verbal instruction of the teacher to the relaxing state between wakefulness and sleep.Life affirming intentions are reinforced internally where the brain can accept them without debate that start to manifest in your life.We will explore how and why this deep meditation state is attained and learn its many benefits, including calming the nervous system, releasing negative thought patterns and negative emotions, such as feelings of anxiety, fear or worry, improving sleep, increasing energy, bringing about well-being and connecting with our true nature.
2.A practice session that systematically guides the student through the technique so there is direct personal experience of the health benefits of Yoga Nidra.
