<p class="" data-pm-slice="1 1 []">This one-hour class teaches how to apply your flexibility practice toward pole tricks. The first half of class will focus on flexibility and mobility drills, and the second half will apply your increased range of motion to pole skills requiring extra mobility. Level-specific options for pole skills will be provided. Each week will focus on drills and skills for back/shoulder flexibility, hip/lower body flexibility, or a combination of both.</p>
<p class=""><strong><em>Requirements: <em>This class requires an aerial inversion; inside and outside leg hangs; shoulder mount to crucifix; reverse grab spin; and laybacks. We highly encourage bringing your yoga mats as we do not provide mats.</em></em></strong></p>
