Learn how to apply your flexibility practice towards pole tricks in this one hour class. The first half of class will focus on flexibility and mobility drills and the second half of class will apply your increased range of motion to pole skills that require extra mobility. Level-specific options for pole skills will be provided. Each week will focus on drills and skills for back/shoulder flexibility, hip/lower body flexibility, or a combination of both.
Requirements: This class requires a pole sit, jasmine, and the ability to climb on static and spin pole. We highly encourage bringing your own yoga mats and/or blocks.
