We will explore a variety of backbends, inversions, arm balances, and standing balances, as well as options for modifications, deeper expressions, and effective prop use. We will also explore and refine several variations of </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Surya Namaskar </span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">(Sun Salutations). Join me each week to ignite deep, internal heat while increasing strength, flexibility, stamina, and focus--body, mind, and spirit! Though not suitable for true yogi beginners, you are welcome to modify your practice to best fit your needs, body, and goals.</span></p>
