During this session an introduction to meditation will be offered, as well as discussion about the benefits of meditation, the barriers to starting and maintaining a meditation practice, and how to start your own meditation practice.
This class is part of the Tula Institute of Yoga 20 hour Yoga Philosophy module. Sessions may be audited individually, or you can sign up for the entire module. The module is 10 sessions spread out over 10 months. If you register for the module you can take any of the sessions during the current module, or future module, and you will be able to repeat any of the sessions in the future for review or clarity.
