<p>During this session learn about the 3 planes of movement of the body at all of the joints, and how to use this information to inform your yoga practice, and put togehter a balanced and complete practice.In addition to the 90 minute live stream session, a 30 minute supporting on demand video will be available for your viewing at your convenience. </p>
<p>This session is part of the Tula Institute of Yoga 20 hour Yoga Philosophy & Meditation module. Sessions may be audited individually, or you can sign up for the entire Yoga Philosophy module. The module is 10 sessions spread out over 10 months. If you register for the module you can take any of the sessions during the current module, or future module, and you will be able to repeat any of the sessions in the future for review or clarity. </p>
