Whether your goal is improved posture, increased range of motion, or rehabilitation from injury, this self care recovery series helps re-educate your body to move more the way it’s supposed to- freely and in optimal alignment.
In this this 4-week virtual class:
We’ll begin by “unlocking” key regions in the body using various sized massage balls; combining techniques of myofascial release and biomechanics, releasing and realigning joints, muscles and fascia for restored mobility.
Once we’ve “unlocked” theses regions, we’ll create new pathways of movement by “repatterning” key functional movements corresponding to the areas released.
Areas of Focus: Legs | Pelvic Floor | Hips | Abdomen | Spine (from sacrum to skull) Chest | Back | Shoulders | Neck
