Experience Yin yoga as it
geared towards providing more elasticity in joints and ligaments.
Poses are on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes each. Yin yoga can
aid in preventing injuries, detoxifying the body and help to
decrease stress and anxiety. Open to all levels.
Experience Guided Meditation or Yoga Nidra as some can call
it.
Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an
immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest
yoga practices to develop and maintain. This is done laying
down with necessary props to ease you into relaxation as you are
led through meditation.
